In the fall of 2021, our team made an exciting trip to Greece. This is not our first trip to this region, for the first time we visited 2019 year, as part of a winter bike trip around the Peloponnese Peninsula. This time we chose a different part of Greece for ourselves. The task was to visit two main attractions: the monasteries of Meteora and climb the highest point - Mount Olympus. We could not cope with the latter because of the weather, but in general, the route turned out to be very interesting. Most of the way we covered the natural beauty of the Pilion Peninsula. There is a rather difficult terrain, constant descents and ascents, but the reward for this was gorgeous beaches and bays.
At the end of September, the weather is optimal for such a trip. It's not so hot anymore, but at the same time it is comfortable to ride in shorts and T-shirts, while you can regularly bask in the waters of the Aegean Sea. A pleasant bonus was pasture, which we regularly fed on: grapes, apples, pomegranates, almonds.

We packed all our things in our bags without any problems: KasyBag. Here is a list of equipment by the way. A complete set of X-pac material was made especially for the trip. The bags proved to be excellent on the hike. Even during heavy rains, all our belongings remained dry.

I would also like to note the convenience of in-frame bags. We think this is the best travel bag. It also combines the correct weight distribution of equipment, ease of use and easy access to any things that may be needed during a driving day. As a rule, sleeping bags, rugs, the tent are hidden far and securely in the handlebar and saddle bags, but such things as a windbreaker, an IDLO bag for lunch, pasture and other things that are needed now and immediately always at hand, in an intra-frame bag.
