Intra-frame bag KasyBag X-Frame Pack is sewn individually to order, because the size of the intra-frame triangle is different for everyone. Made from high-tech X-Pac fabric. Structurally, it repeats the Kasybag Frame Pack, but due to the use of other materials it is 30% lighter, while being the same strong and durable.

The bag has one or two compartments (wide and narrow). The number of compartments (1 or 2) is negotiated individually 

The main compartment closes with fastexes or zippers (at the request of the client)

• Woojin Plastic Fasteks: Standard (Classic) or Magnetic
• YKK zipper: tractor or AquaGuard (water repellent)

The second compartment (narrow), on the opposite side, opens with a double zipper. It has a small volume, so it is better to use it for transporting flat items (map, kitchen plate, documents). An organizer can be placed in it, at the request of the client 

The main compartment, depending on the geometry of your frame, can have an impressive volume and it is recommended to use it for transporting heavy things so that the center of gravity is as close as possible to the bottom bracket.

The bag is not 100% waterproof and the contents can get wet in very heavy rain. Since the seams in the bag are not glued, due to the peculiarities of the material and design. But the X-Pac material has excellent moisture wicking properties, so light rain will take no problem.

In the upper part the bag is fixed with several YKK Velcro (depending on the size of the bag), the fasteners are adjustable. Modular velcro straps secure the bag to the bottom and seat tube of the bike frame.

The bag has an inner lining in bright red. Against its background, it is easy to find any thing, plus it increases the durability of the product and increases its water resistance, because has an impregnation layer.

The pockets on the bag can be organized in any way that is possible. So send us pictures of what you want and we will discuss the details.

To order a bag, you must specify the following dimensions:

• Attach a large sheet of paper to the frame, secure with tape.
• With a marker, try to be more precise, trace the inner contour of the frame.
• Remove the drawing from the bike, and now, using a ruler, draw straight lines and write above them the lengths in centimeters, all sides of the triangle.
• Take a photo of your drawing, straight, in a well-lit area.
• Send the photo to kasybag@gmail.com or to facebook, viber or telegram. In the subject line, be sure to include your order number.
• Send us also a photo of the bike, model name and frame size.
• Clarifications or additional measurements may be needed.

The cost of a bag depends on its size, it can be: S, M, L. To determine the size, use the formula and compare the value with the table below.

A + B + C + D + E + F = ___ cm (the sum of all sides of your bag)

Bag size:

• S - less than 120 cm
• M - 120 - 150 cm
• L - 150 cm and more

The final cost will be formed after agreeing on the layout and clarifying all points.
When sewing, an error in the size of the product is allowed, minus 1.5 - 2.5 cm.
